Article 92
1. Le Président de la Fédération de Russie entre en fonction dès le moment de sa prestation de serment et cesse d'exercer ses fonctions à l'expiration de son mandat, au moment de la prestation de serment du Président de 'la Fédération de Russie nouvellement élu.
2. Le Président de la Fédération de Russie cesse d'exercer ses attributions avant terme en cas de démission, d'incapacité permanente pour raison de santé d'exercer les attributions qui lui incombent, ou de destitution. Dans ce cas, l'élection du Président doit avoir lieu au plus tard trois mois à compter de ta cessation anticipée de son mandat. 3. Dans tous les cas ou le Président de la Fédération de Russie n'est pas en état d'exercer ses obligations, le Président du Gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie les exerce temporairement. Le Président de la Fédération de Russie par intérim n'a pas le droit de dissoudre la Douma d'Etat, de décider d'un référendum ni de proposer d'amender et de réviser les dispositions de la Constitution de la Fédération de Russie. __________ <На английском языке см.
